What We Liked: The vantage point of this photo is really compelling. Shooting this scene from above highlights the basic shapes of the benches, trash cans and walk way. Having there be people present in the scene breaks up the constant geometric shapes and includes the element of affection in a creative way.
From the Artist: "I was on top of the Ben Franklin Bridge shooting photos with a friend, and originally I wanted to shoot a photo looking straight down at the pier. When composing the photo, I noticed the couples on the pier and thought the photo would look amazing with the lines and shapes within the photo, then the couple on the bench started kissing, it was the icing on the cake."
