From the Artist: "I wanted to take some fun photos with one of my good friends Maya, but it turned out to be a visualization of my current emotions. Initially, we had no concept and were planning to finesse the whole shoot, but unintentionally became inspired later on. We stumbled upon these dead flowers on the side of the road and just went from there."
What We Liked: The position of the light within this photo puts the subjects in shadow and creates sharp outlines of them. This highlights the shape of the flowers, the persons hair, and their jacket in an unique way. We also liked the mystery of not being able to see the person’s face and the uncertainty of the environment.
