What We Liked: A profoundly broad topic, we received a wide variety of submissions. We felt that this image best encapsulated the theme for the prevailing air of mystery concerning the man. Every object adds its own layer to the complex environment, a space that seemingly exists as something between a workshop and a salvage shop. How everything landed in this spot, the man included, has a whole story to go behind it. Compositionally, we liked that no matter the object which draws your attention, the lines guide the eye back to the mystery man in the center. Funnily, the only thing we know for sure is that Adam’s Carpet & Flooring is across the street and it might be 6:36pm (unless the clock is broken…).
